We also offer special services and collectors items!

Q: Can I request a custom design? A: Absolutely! We love creating custom artwork based on individual preferences. Please visit our Custom Orders section for more information on how to submit a request. For now, the best way to do this is through our Patreon.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly? A: We are committed to sustainability. Our paper products are sourced from FSC® and SFI® certified facilities, and we continuously work towards making our production process more eco-friendly.


Ordering and Shipping

Q: How do I place an order? A: Placing an order is simple! Browse our products, select your desired item, choose any customization options, and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout (optionally, apply the discount code Save10), and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes. However, some products ship within the US only (they will state it if so).

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. Generally, it takes 4-6 days for shipping within the US. Custom orders may take longer due to the additional design and production time.

Q: Who is the Artificial Artist? A: Artificial Artist is a pen-name. My real name is Brandon. I am a Software Engineer and System Administrator by day. I do freelance development on the side as well as teach programming (and other various Computer Science topics). Creative expression is at the forefront of my life and is my greatest joy.
